TOLLAND CENTER CEMETERY

The Spring Hill Cemetery, originally named for Dan Spring (whose home was located across the street), and also known as the Tolland Center Cemetery, is located on the south side of route 57 (West Granville Rd.), east of the town center. There were approximately 170 graves, the earliest known marker: Jesse Miller, August 20, 1777.

Tolland was established in 1810, parent town was Granville which was established 1854.
